Our construction estimating company is a dedicated and authentic source for delivering accurate and reliable estimates according to the project needs. We take pride in the quality of every cost estimate and material takeoff we produce. But if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our deliverables. Reach out to our support team within the specified timeframe. Our goal is to make sure that every client receives the highest service quality.

Eligibility for Refund

• If our company overlooks any project scope, we usually do not issue refunds for our services. However, we will either revise the estimate until the client is satisfied or provide a new estimate for a project of equal scope as compensation.

Non-Refundable Situations

• If you have used the estimate in any bidding, then the services are not refundable.
• Dissatisfaction due to changes in project scope or market price fluctuations after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Revision Policy

• We offer free revision per project if the delivered estimate does not match the original project documents.
• Revision requests must be submitted in writing via email with clear details.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Partial refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the cancellation request.
• Our senior estimating team reviews refund approvals.

Cancellation Policy

• Projects may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund.
• Monthly subscription plans can be cancelled with one month’s notice.
