Our terms and conditions include:
1. Services
We provide construction estimating services that also include quantity takeoffs, material, and labor cost estimates. Plus, our evaluations cover all types of construction trades.
2. Estimate Basis
Universe estimating provides construction takeoffs on the basis of scaled PDF drawings, which are provided by the clients. All the pricing is included according to the current market data. If any trades or items are not shown on the drawings, then they are considered excluded.
3. Payment
Payments are taken via credit card or an approved method. However, the workflow is not started until the payment is received. In case of any multiple revisions, project changes, or rush orders, we may charge additional costs.
4. Delivery
Standard turnaround is 3-7 business days. However, all estimates are delivered in PDF format.
5. Revisions and Guarantee
Our experts provide 2 to 3 minor revisions. If we miss the scope clearly shown in drawings, we will provide revisions until satisfied. Plus, no refunds for completed work
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for bid success or failure.
7. Intellectual Property
Estimates remain our property until payment. Upon payment, the client receives unlimited use rights for the specific project.
8. Privacy
We respect client privacy and will not share project information with any other person. Client drawings and project information are used only for estimating purposes.
8. Cancellation
Cancellations must be in writing before work begins. No refunds once estimates are delivered and completed.
